BBL Skin Rejuvenation or Forever young BBL (IPL)

Forever Young BBL is an innovative technology that uses a unique dual lamp technology to set new standards for the treatment of skin conditions associated with aging, active life-styles and dun sun damage.

The light energy delivered by the BBL will gently heat up the upper layers of your skin. The heat absorbed by the targeted areas will stimulate your skin cells to generate new collagen and act young again. This will help restore your skin to its natural beauty, blending its natural colours and making it smoother, healthier, vibrant and younger looking. In addition, the photo-thermal energy will target and reduce or eliminate many of the fine vessels that cause redness, unwanted brown spots and pigment, improve enlarged pores, acne and scaring.

All areas of your body can be treated. The most common ones are face, neck, hands, chest and shoulders, which typically are the most exposed to the damaging effects of the sun.

From 2 to 4 treatments, at 2-4 weeks interval will produce the desired results. You may benefit from an additional treatment depending on the severity of your condition.

This procedure can be performed with very little to no downtime.

Makeup can be applied immediately, if needed.

Typically you may experience some redness that will resolve within a few hours. Some pigmented lesions may become darker and will eventually fade away in 2-5 days. Since results vary depending on patient condition, number of treatments and area treated, your nurse or technician will provide you with complete information about the post treatment effects and results.

You may feel a warming of the skin, or a rubber band snap-like sensation, as the procedure is performed. This varies from patient to patient and depends on the severity of the condition being treated. There is usually no need for topical anesthesia.

It is important to follow pre and post care instructions. You may be temporarily sensitive to sunlight, and you should apply a good sunscreen and other skin care products, as directed.
