Dr. Julie Whalen MD, CPFC, FCFP

Dr Julie Whalen is a mother of two, New-Brunswick born & raised family physician practicing in Moncton since 1995. 

Dr Whalen graduated with Dean’s List Honours with a Health Science Diploma from l’Université de Moncton in 1989.  Thereafter, she attended l’Université de Sherbrooke where she completed a Doctorate of Medicine in 1993 and a Family Medicine Residency in 1995.  From there, she quickly established a thriving medical practice in Moncton with various responsibilities including emergency department duties from 1995-2000, ongoing private office practice, in-hospital care, after-hours clinic and clinical oncology all through her affiliation with the Georges L. Dumont Hospital. 

In 2005, Dr Whalen extended her professional training toward the fascinating field of Medical Aesthetics.  She undertook training in Botox, Fillers and Laser treatments.  She & the entire Bellissima team continue to update their medical aesthetics education in order to offer their patients the most recent & innovative techniques allowing patients to enhance their youthful beauty without requiring surgical procedures.
